Meet the team behind XPC

Introducing Sime, XPC's High Pressure Executive

Sime's been on the Gold Coast for 35 years. Marymount College alumni, and the one who assesses, quotes, and manages every job that comes through XPC.

On the smaller jobs, you'll find him on the tools too.

He didn't start out in pressure cleaning. Ran a café for 12 years. Owned a surfboard store. Even worked as a croupier at Jupiters back in the day.

Outside of work he's in the surf. Coaching, volunteering with nippers, and helping people with disabilities get out in the water.

The one thing Sime doesn't love? Making marketing videos. Which brings us to the other half of XPC...

Introducing Ali, Head of everything else, and Director of XPC's Short Films

Ali's a Gold Coast local and a PBC and Griffith University graduate. By day she runs the marketing, admin, and finance side of XPC alongside her other day job of Marketing and HR Consultant. 

Outside of XPC she's a foodie, a yogini, a learner surfer, and mother of dragons (twin boys).

She's also the one keeping Sime in line. Which is a full time job in itself, really...
