Pressure Cleaning for Banora Point Homes and Buildings

Banora Point isn't a beach suburb. It's built around the Tweed River and a golf course, with new estates going up near the M1 and older waterfront homes closer to the water. We clean for all of it

What we do in Banora Point

Picture

Strata & Body Corporate

New townhouse developments near the motorway and established unit blocks closer to the river both need their shared driveways, walkways and entries kept clean for owners and residents

Commercial & Industrial

Banora Point runs on a handful of local shopping villages rather than one big centre, and each one needs its car parks, walkways and shopfronts looking presentable for passing traffic

Venue & Hospitality

Cafes and dining spots around the local villages get steady foot traffic from residents and golfers alike, and a clean entry matters before anyone sits down

House Washing & Driveway Cleaning

From older homes right on the water to newer builds further from the river, every wash includes a full exterior and driveway clean, plus a free external window clean

Roof Cleaning

River-side humidity and shade from established trees build up moss and organic growth on roofs over time, and we clear it without stripping the coating underneath

Why Banora Point homeowners and building managers choose us

Banora Point sits along the Tweed River, with a golf course running through the middle of the suburb and several small islands out along the water. That gives it a different feel to the beach suburbs nearby. Homes closer to the river, particularly around Old Ferry Road and the canal pockets, often have direct water frontage with a pontoon or jetty, and the humidity coming off the water speeds up mould and algae growth on external walls and roofs.

Further back from the river, the suburb changes character again. Elevated blocks catch water and hinterland views, and newer townhouse developments are going up near the Pacific Motorway as the area keeps growing. That's a lot of different build types in one suburb, from original homes that have been there for decades to townhouses still under construction, and each one wears differently depending on how close it sits to the water and how much tree cover it has.

Banora Point also functions less like a single town centre and more like a spread of local villages, each with its own shops, medical centres and schools. Families and retirees make up a big share of residents here, and a lot of properties are held onto long-term rather than turned over quickly, which means regular upkeep matters more than a one-off clean before a sale

What our customers say

FAQ SECTION

Yes. It's a regular part of our run between the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads, and jobs happen there often.
We don't quote off a price list. Every job gets a walk-through first, so the price matches your actual property rather than a guess over the phone.
It depends on the size of the place, but most Banora Point homes are done within half a day. Larger riverfront blocks can take a bit longer.
A full exterior wash, a driveway clean, and a free external window clean on every job.
Everything we use is biodegradable. With so many Banora Point properties backing onto the Tweed River or a canal, keeping runoff safe for the waterway is part of doing the job properly.
Riverfront and low-lying properties tend to need attention more often because of the humidity and shade off the water. Homes set back further, especially newer builds near the motorway, can usually stretch longer between cleans.
Yes. We work with both the older unit blocks near the river and the newer townhouse complexes going up around the suburb.
Yes, including shopfronts, car parks and walkways across the local shopping villages.
For anything with ageing render, timber or paintwork, we use a lower-pressure approach so we clean the surface without damaging what's underneath. Not every job needs full pressure, and we judge that on-site rather than using the same setting everywhere.
Pressure washing uses water force to physically strip dirt and buildup off hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses a lower-pressure application with a cleaning solution to lift mould, algae and grime from softer surfaces like render, roofs and timber, without the force that could damage them. We pick whichever one suits the surface, and sometimes a job needs both.
Yes. We assess the roof type and condition first. Tile and Colorbond need different handling, and we avoid anything that could crack tiles or strip a Colorbond coating.
No, as long as we can access the areas that need cleaning. We can arrange access and payment without you needing to be on-site.
That's assessed on-site depending on the structure and what it's made from. Ask us when we come out to quote and we'll let you know what's possible.
Get in touch through the contact page or call Sime directly, and we'll arrange a time to come out and have a look.
We've got 60 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, hold a Blue Card, are police checked, fully insured, and council compliant.
