Pressure Cleaning for Miami's Units, Homes and Warehouses

Miami started out as a small industrial pocket next to Burleigh. Now old warehouses on Hillcrest Parade sit a few streets from beachfront units and new family homes, and each one needs a different kind of clean

Why Miami homeowners and building managers choose us

Miami has changed a lot. The streets behind the Gold Coast Highway used to be mostly workshops and warehouses. Today many of those buildings are cafes, roasters and food markets like Miami Marketta. They still have the same concrete floors, roller doors and big forecourts, and they take a real beating from foot traffic.

On the beach side of the highway, most people live in apartment blocks. Some are older six-pack units. Others are newer mini-towers facing Miami Beach and Nobby Beach. Salt air settles on render, glass and railings here, so body corporates tend to need a regular cleaning plan rather than a one-off.

West of the highway, older homes are being renovated or replaced with modern builds. Owners of the originals want a careful wash that won't strip tired paint. Owners of new homes want to keep fresh render and pavers looking new. We quote each one on what it actually needs.

What our customers say

FAQ SECTION

Yes. We do jobs in Miami regularly, on both sides of the Gold Coast Highway. It's a short drive from the rest of our southern Gold Coast work.
It depends on what we're cleaning. A beachfront unit block and a single-storey house off Pacific Avenue take very different amounts of time and gear, so a flat rate wouldn't be fair either way. We look at it in person and you'll know the price before we start.
Places close to Miami Beach and Nobby Beach cop the most salt, so once or twice a year usually keeps it under control. Homes further west of the highway can often go longer. We can give you a better idea once we've seen your place.
Yes. We clean houses, unit blocks, warehouses, shops and venues. A lot of our Miami work is for body corporates and business owners, not just homeowners.
Yes. These blocks often have painted render, open stairwells and shared driveways. We adjust the pressure for older surfaces so we clean them without damaging paint that's been on for years.
Yes. We clean concrete forecourts, roller doors, loading areas, shopfronts and signage. Oil stains and tyre marks are common in these spaces and we can lift most of them.
Yes. We clean outdoor dining areas, entries, footpaths and concrete floors. Let us know your trading hours when we quote and we'll talk through timing.
Not when it's done properly. We match the pressure and method to the surface. Render and paint get a gentler wash than concrete, and we check the condition of older surfaces before we start.
Think of a concrete warehouse forecourt versus the painted render on a beachfront unit. The concrete can take high pressure to lift oil and dirt. The render can't, so we use low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work instead. Tiled roofs get the soft wash treatment too.
Most Miami houses take us part of a day. Larger homes, or ones with a lot of paving out the back, can run longer. We'll give you a rough time frame when we quote.
A standard house wash covers the outside walls and the driveway. We also clean your external windows at no extra cost.
Yes. Our cleaning products are biodegradable. With the beach on one side of the highway and Pizzey Park's lake on the other, we don't want anything harsh washing into the stormwater.
Yes. We use a low-pressure method on roofs so tiles don't crack and Colorbond coatings don't get stripped. We walk and work carefully, and we look at the roof's condition first.
