It can if the pressure is too high for the surface. That's why we adjust the method to suit what we're cleaning. Painted walls, render and timber all need a gentler approach than concrete.
Concrete driveways and paved entries can take firm pressure. Painted walls, timber and roof tiles need a low-pressure soft wash so the surface isn't damaged. We choose the method for each surface, not one setting for the whole job.
Most house washes are done in a single visit. Two-storey homes, heavy mould or a large driveway can stretch that out, so we give you a time estimate when we quote.
A house wash covers the outside walls and the driveway. The external window clean is free with it. If you'd like the roof done too, we can quote that at the same visit.
Yes. We only use biodegradable products, and we're careful around lakes, gardens and stormwater drains. If your property backs onto the water, let us know when you book.
Yes. Roof cleaning is a separate service, and we quote it on-site. We're fully insured and take care on every roof.
